The CEO’s One Night Child

12:

“Can’t you really come home with me, even for a moment?” Blue once again asked Red that as he was arranging his belongings and preparing to leave his office.

Red laughed. He tapped him on his shoulder. “Dude, I’m sorry, Euna agreed for us to have dinner with them today. Then, cheer up, dude, you can do that,” he cheered him.

But he knew, he didn’t need that. All he needed was his presence when he came home and confronted Page.

Hey, he doesn’t know, he’s just been dating a woman. The feeling was new to him so maybe. He hasn’t even had a girlfriend or courted a woman. That’s also why he wanted Red to be there with him so he could have back up.

Grey, on the other hand, suddenly disappeared and out of reach at the moment. Even he’s the one who suggested that he should apologize to Page.

They shouldn’t be surprised at what he’s up to, apart from his own business, they’re sure he’s with a woman. Grey is a self-proclaimed fvckboy.

“Just come with me and wait for Martina,” Red said, referring to his secretary.

When he mentioned her name, the secretary came out of the door. “Sir Blue, Sir Red, it’s a good thing I caught up with you,” she told them, chest up and down in gasp.

“Did you run?”

“A- A little, so I can catch up with you when you get home, Sir Blue.”

Red laughed softly. “You got an efficient secretary here, Blue.”

“Sir Red …” Martina said shyly to the CCEO of Henson Corp.

“By the way, thanks, Martina,” he said to his secretary. He snatched one of the cards from his wallet and handed it to her, “Here, use this, go to the grocery store or whatever you want to buy. Just give it back to me when you’re done.”

“Sir, please don’t, I had a snack before-”

“Take it. You probably don’t want me to be angry here.”

Red smiled. “Take it, the CEO is gallant. And excited too. Where are the ones he asked you to take?”

Martina just smiled. “You’re already in the car, as you ordered, I let it go straight there.”

“Thanks a lot,” he said again to his sec before he turned his back on it.

BLUE never foresaw that this day would come in his life, that he would buy baby items from his hard earned money.

Earlier he instructed his secretary to pick up at the mall the electric rocking chair, baby crib and high chair that he ordered online for Baby Sky.

He noticed that Page puts it in the baby stroller every time she moves in his house when he comes out of the bedroom that he occupies for two.

When Grey suggested earlier that he needs Page’s presence, that was the only way he thought of saying sorry to Page for raising his voice here this morning.

Although he did not know how wooing a woman, he knew in himself that what he had done was wrong. So he bought even the most expensive coffee mug. As a permanent recovery of the broken mug.

He just hopes she’s happy with what she’s carrying for Baby Sky. Grey was also right, if he wanted to answer the questions that were playing in his mind about Page, there was only one solution – let them investigate. And while they are doing that the nanny should not know because she has a tendency to leave.

Of course, her son is Baby Sky, she probably wouldn’t want him to take the child away. The baby is his even though that truth still doesn’t sink in on him. He is even weighing when he will totally accept the fact, he is still estimating what he will do next as a father here.

He was in that state of mind even though it was very difficult for him to carry the three things he had bought. He had to lift it at the same time because … he didn’t know either.

When the sensor worked on the door of his house, he just pressed it to open it completely and he could enter.

While walking down to the stairs he could hear the voice of a woman who was happily playing with Baby Sky.

Hmn, he looks in a good mood …

But he stumbled on the last rung of the stairs because he immediately smelled that familiar scent that he knew who …

“Come on …”

“Hey, that’s your dad! Look, Baby Sky, he brought so much for you!”

Because of the excitement of Haya’s tone, he just took off the sleeves of her long sleeves before she started assembling the rocking chair. He fixed the electric rocking chair first since he already knew that Baby Sky was very happy with that toy chair when they went to Henson’s mansion.

“Wow! You got yourself an electric rocking chair again, Baby Sky!”

“It’s not like that Granpops bought, but I bought it for you so, don’t complain about it, okay,” he said to Baby Sky and Haya. The latter just laughed at it.

“You’re really crazy, Blue Dodge! Of course, Baby Sky will appreciate that, you’re his dad aren’t you!”

“Hmn, is that true, young man?” That was the first time he faced his son. That was also the first time he took him and carried him.

“Aw, the baby is happy, his dad is already known!” Haya said happily.

He also smiled sparingly. He was carrying Baby Sky in such a way that their blue eyes were facing each other. There was a warmth that caressed his heart because of his son’s stare at him as if you thought he was telling him- it’s good that you’re carrying me now, Dad.

“How are you, young man?” he asked his son. He then hugged and kissed him on his cheeks.

If it wasn’t for the sound of the camera’s click, he wouldn’t have remembered that he had taken the child from Haya so that he could put him down on the electric rocking chair.

Haya’s taking them a picture on her phone!

“Geez, you two are cute!”

He just shook his head to his cousin. He also laid Baby Sky down on the rocking chair, as if he was waiting for it. The baby giggled the moment his ass felt the rocking chair.

“Looks like you’ll collect a car when you grow up,” he said to his son.

“He already knows that the car he’s going to sit in. I can’t wait for you to be 6 months old, Baby Sky!”

“Why?”

“What are you, when he’s 6 months old, he’ll be able to do more. We’ll be able to bond better,” Haya replied.

He just shrugged his shoulders even though he couldn’t see the pictures because he bent down again and played with Baby Sky like a prince sitting in his rocking chair.

“Where’s Page?” he asked Haya when he remembered that Page seems not there.

It’s too late for him to feel sorry for not asking her.

Haya glanced at him. “Didn’t she tell you?”

Her foreheads furrowed. “About what?”

“That she left.”

“Huh? Where is she going?” It’s impossible for her to go to the grocery store, they have a lot of food there.

“She’s with Grey.”

“Grey?”

Haya laughed. She also stood up and waved in front of him. “That sounds like a fool!”

“Huh?”

Laughing, Haya spoke again, “Grey came here earlier. Then Page called me and asked me to look at Baby Sky. I’m right on the way here and I have some fruits for your baby. I came here to talk to Grey and Page. Page went to the supermarket, she said she had something to buy. She also said she broke your coffee mug, she will probably replace it since she asked Grey where to buy coffee mugs like that. Well, I said that it’s impossible for her to buy another mug like that, you’ve had that mug for a long time, she didn’t listen.”

He blew air. Then gritted his teeth. “And even though Grey knew that it’s impossible for them to buy a coffee mug like that, he still accompanied Page?”

“Yes, Page is the one who’s naughty to make things worse.”

“He didn’t even think twice, he knew Page was hiding something!” It also slipped out of his mouth on purpose, if it sounded ugly, only Haya heard it.

He fished out his phone from his pocket immediately. Tapped it and dialed his cousin’s number.

“Pick up the phone, c’mon!” He whispered disgustedly to the gadget he was holding.

But no, Grey still doesn’t want to answer that.

“Hello! We’re home!” He immediately looked up at the direction of the stairs when he heard Page’s voice.

There she is. Behind her was his cousin who was smiling broadly, raising and lowering an eyebrow at him in greeting.

“Wow! Where did that come from, Baby Sky?” Page exclaimed when she saw what he had bought.

“Men, you have wheels again!” so did Grey with the baby.

Page looked up at him. Her smile vanished when their eyes met.Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.

“Dude, you bought this?” Grey asked him. He just nodded.

He just felt like getting quiet. He avoids opening his mouth because he might say something bad because he suddenly feels bad for a reason he doesn’t know.

When Page’s eyes met him again, he stood up and approached her slightly.

“I can’t find one like your mug but I bought something-”

“I didn’t tell you to replace it, first of all.”

She frozed at the sharpness of his voice.

“Grey knows you can’t buy that anymore and yet, you still allowed him to accompany you somewhere and you left Baby Sky with Haya. For a self-proclaimed nanny of Sky, you must be very careless,” and before he could speak more, he turned his back on her, he went upstairs and locked himself there.
