Chapter 46 Urban City Inspirational Story
Chapter 46 Urban City Inspirational Story
After a while, Conrad's phone rang. It was from Coleman and Coleman said that they were all ready for
the show. Now here came the show-time!
After answering Coleman's phone, Conrad immediately rushed toward Amara's room. At the same
time, Conrad knocked on the door violently and exclaiming delightedly, "My lady, are you ready?"
Amara founded that was Conrad, and came to open the door. NôvelDrama.Org exclusive content.
Amara's eyes, brimming with tears, soared into Conrad's view. Conrad totally knew that Amara had
been crying because her roommates bullied her again, which reinforced his hatred toward Amara's
roommates.
Amara was confused about what Conrad said as well as the rose petals outside her accommodation.
After entering into the room, Conrad picked up Amara's luggage, and then he said respectfully, "Lady
Amara, head back home please. My lord left a large inheritance for you."
And at the meantime, turning his back on her roomies, Conrad gave a conspiratorial wink to Amara to
cooperate with his ruse.
Subconsciously, Amara accepted it, and subsequently followed Conrad to the corridor. According to
Conrad's hint, Amara went downstairs and stepped on those rose petals, instead, Conrad followed her
just like a servants.
The place was really beginning to hum. "The young rich lady is coming!" a few girls shouted.
Amara was so naive that she fairly didn't know what happened, however, her trust for Conrad was
unconditional. Therefore, following Conrad's direction, Amara hiked up her full-length skirt and went
downstairs slowly. Staring up at Amara, a crowd of onlookers started to applaud and some of them
even filmed a video. Amara in a snow-white long skirt looked pretty and charming like a fairy encircled
by the rose petals walking out from a picture.
Amara looked like a princess going downstairs elegantly with Conrad carrying cases and a large crowd
gossiping behind. It was just as dramatic as a film that felt as though a phoenix from a crow's nest. All
the people were eager to gossip about the subsequent events.
"Jeez, how could she live in a wealthy family?" said one of Amara's roommates. Looking at each other
in horror, Amara's roommates followed the large crowd, unbelieving.
They were outstandingly astonished that there were big and burly men all with dark suits and dark
glasses in two rows, standing upright on the ground floor. Coleman was the leader of those big bulks.
Coleman would give the signal to those men as soon as Amara came out. They were taking action,
having been in receipt of a signal from Coleman. "Lady Amara, welcome back! Welcome to inherit your
property." they chorused and lowered their heads.
Uproar in the crowd arose from the spectacular view that had nearly twenty big bulks, as if a team of
personal bodyguards, greeting Amara. Eventually, people all believed that Amara was from a rich
family. After all, ordinary people were unable to gather such a team of private bodyguards.
Furthermore, what astonished people more was that a luxurious Rolls-Royce was parked on the
cracking cement concrete road in this old community. With a glance at the logo of that vehicle, the
noisy crowds absolutely knew the astronomical prices of that exotic car. The conspicuous car seemed
to show off its value, or, more precisely, 45 million yuan, through its unusual appearance.
Lengthening his stride to keep up with Amara, Conrad put the luggage in the trunk. At the meantime,
after opening the door of the car, Coleman yelled, "Lady Amara, please get in the car."
Slow as she was, she absolutely understood that Conrad and Coleman were helping her to pretend to
be a rich woman so as to take revenge on Amara's pesky roommates.
"Thanks for picking me up." Amara said gratefully and fought back her tears. As Conrad shot a glance
at the crowd, he caught the puzzled look on the faces of Amara's roomie. Conrad thought inwardly that
these were not enough for them, and therefore Conrad said, "They offended you unreasonably. Would
you like me to fix them?"
Conrad winked at Amara and she knew what he was thinking.
Amara pursed her lips, and at the same time nodded in agreement.
After seeing the motion of Conrad, a few great bods strode along to make a grab for the roommates
from the crows.
"What are you doing?" they asked in fright.
"Both of you were rude to my lady Amara," said Conrad icily.
"What do you want?" they were in a state of panic.
One of the bodyguards held an axe, and two other bodyguards pinned their hands against the ground
to make sure that they were too scared to move.
"My lady had been abused by you. According of the rules of the Morris family, it's time to execute."
Conrad retained a look of solemnity. The roomie, being executed, let out a cry of horror as the
bodyguard was about to slash her hand with an axe. Most of the passersby covered their faces with
their hands in case the bloodthirsty image came into their views.
It was all cut and dried. As law-abiding citizens, they wouldn't do such a cruel thing. That girl managed
to draw her hand back, because the bodyguard deliberately let her to do so. Therefore, the axe slashed
the ground into pieces and failed to hurt her hands.
"I'll admit I was wrong. I don't dare to bully your exalted lady Amara. Please forgive us."
It scared the hell out of them. They kneeled down so as to beg for mercy from Amara. It was creepy
that Amara, being bullied by them, became a successor of a mysterious family. Consequently, they
were reduced to begging forgiveness for what they had done.
In the present case, Conrad took it seriously at first but under the surface was delighted.
"Sorry my lady, I make a mistake. I promised that I will do it the next time." promised Conrad.
"Forget it. Pass over their behaviors." said Amara tenderly. Without a breath of anger, Amara greatly
appreciated that Conrad took revenge on her flatmates.
"Lucky you. Scram! If you dare to bully people, be careful with your hands." said Conrad furiously. With
Conrad's order, that bodyguard in a black suit let go of one of her roomie. They immediately dashed
toward their dorm. They suffered ill effects from the experience.
The show was over; however there remained a "closing ceremony".
Amara got in that luxurious vehicle, and Conrad got in the former of the car in order to take
responsibility for his role, a butler, of the show.
The whole row of them made up a fleet of vehicles and the motorcade glided by.
There was nothing in the old residence community but an urban city inspirational story of phoenix from
a crow's nest.
