Levi decisively ordered an officer to secretly monitor Ella at the hospital, instructing him to be very careful and not reveal anything.

He knew this investigation had to be conducted carefully, without alarming Ella.

Levi, meanwhile, took a team and headed straight for Ella’s house.

His heart was filled with doubts and unease, his intuition telling him there must be some secret hidden in this two–story villa.

Ella’s house was spacious and luxurious, but at that moment, it was just a crime scene that needed a thorough search. He ordered the officers to search every corner meticulously, not missing a single clue.

After a thorough search, they found no valuable clues.

Levi couldn’t help but doubt his judgment. “Am I really wrong?”

He knew that he must have missed some important information.

He closed his eyes, trying to recall scenes related to the house, attempting to find any clue.

Suddenly, a flash of inspiration hit him as if he had thought of something.

He opened his eyes and quickly walked to the doghouse.

Looking at the empty doghouse, he was sure it had another use. Thinking this, he crawled in and searched carefully. Sure enough, in the corner of the doghouse, he found a hidden switch.

He pressed the switch, and the floor of the doghouse slowly moved, revealing a secret passage to a basement. Levi led the officers into the secret room.

In the center of the room hung two human skins, a horrifying sight.

The more timid officer was so scared that he kneeled down.

An officer pointed at one of the skins and said, “Isn’t this Ms. Perez?”

Levi stared at the two human skins in front of him, a surge of unspeakable anger and sorrow welling up in his heart. He recognized the two skins, one was Isla, the other was Ella.

It turned out the body from three years ago was Ella. So who was the Ella now?
